This impressive LMS Layout was dismantled by ourselves following a house sale, upon arrival we found this ! We didn't take exact dimensions, but it took 3 years to develop, running on DC, and lived in a large room, purpose built.
The electrics featured 2x turntables, dozens of light signals, near 100 points and all lights controlled individually! 
Scratchbuilt cranes were mighty impressive, fully operational electrically, see the video, these were retained by owner.
The layout could hold 25 Locomotives, all isolated and again fully controlled by the control panel.
